Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all sales concluded between Energialivre and its customers. Any order implies acceptance of these conditions.

2. Quotation-based sales

Energialivre sells its products exclusively on the basis of a personalised quotation prepared after your request through the contact form. The quotation specifies the products, quantities, prices and delivery terms.

3. Prices

Prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT and exclude transport. Transport is quoted separately. Large quantities are subject to a specific price on quotation.

4. Payment

Payment is made in cash by bank transfer or via PayPal, according to the terms indicated on your quotation. Bank details are provided with your quotation.

5. Delivery and transport

Our products are shipped by specialised carrier throughout Europe. Once your order is confirmed, your pallet is carefully prepared and dispatched. We help you organise unloading on site in the best conditions.

6. Compliance and guarantees

Our granite products comply with CE standards. Natural stone may show variations in colour, grain or texture; these do not constitute a lack of conformity. Legal guarantees apply in accordance with the regulations in force.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations and the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without penalties and excluding products made to measure at their request.

Return fees in case of withdrawal

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne exclusively by the Client.
Since the granite setts are delivered on pallets by a specialised carrier and cannot be returned through a standard postal service, the return cost may be high. Depending on the quantity, weight and place of collection, this cost is calculated on the basis of a quotation established by a carrier.

8. Applicable law and disputes

These conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts. In accordance with European law, you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
